Aya is a mother of 2 boys and a Certified Positive Discipline Educator (Parenting Educator & Teacher Educator), member of the Positive Discipline Association in California (PDA) and Positive Discipline Trainer Candidate (PDTC). She received her BSc in Automotive Engineering from Ain Shams University, as well as an HR Management certificate from the American University in Egypt. She is a co-founder of Ihyaa Academy for Youth Development & Innovation based in Egypt since 2010. She is also a co-founder of and curriculum head at UHJIA for educational toys.
She’s currently residing in Troy, NY and volunteering at Al Hidaya Center as a Training’s advisor and parents’ community coordinator.
