Lara is the pioneer of coaching retreats in Egypt and carried more than 20 retreats around Egypt and abroad. Lara has coached more than 500 Women through retreats on diverse topics. Her Retreats’ brand name “The Me I Want To…” has been one of the top recognized brands of retreats in Egypt Lara works with Entrepreneurs to create the leaders’ mindset needed to become the future business leaders as well as to equip them with the necessary tools and skills needed to manage their teams and stakeholders.

(2015-2019) Lara has extensive experience in the corporate and business world since she has worked as a marketing manager for ADAMS Egypt, has managed a couple of private businesses before establishing her career in coaching and is an active entrepreneur.
