The skin is the largest organ in the human body; it reflects the healthiness of other organs!
Your skin is like an identity, especially skin of the face and neck that is exposed and visible. Bare in mind 3 main keys for a healthy skin (moisturize, hydrate and exfoliate)
Here are some of the tips you need to follow as a daily routine:
First, when you wake up in the morning splash your face and neck with water and use a gentle cleanser according to your skin type
Use antioxidants serum; they correct signs of aging, repair your skin, prevents you from sunburn and brighten your skin tone… You have to get back to your dermatologist to prescribe you a product, which is suitable to your skin
Moisturize your skin, apply a moisturizer to trap water in the surface cells to keep your skin tone and hydrate your skin
Drink 2-3 glasses of water in the morning to keep hydrated, water hydrates and recharges your body, flush away harmful toxins, keeps your skin moist, healthy and glowing
Use sunscreens that provides protection against UVA and UVB (broad spectrum), it is very important to wear sunscreens daily 15 minutes before exposure to sun because too much sun can result in fine lines and wrinkles in the skin over time and has been associated with an increased risk of skin cancer. Make sure you use a sunscreen with sun protection factor (SPF) at least 30, also avoid exposure to sun in the dangerous hours from 12:00 – 3:00 pm
Use creams for under eye area to diminish puffiness and sleep well, get back to your dermatologist to prescribe safe and effective products
Don’t forget your neck in your daily routine; you don’t want a youthful face with an aging neck
Remember to exfoliate using gentle scrub once a week
